There are 4 areas to check that might help
1. The "Edit Icons" Fix
The T-Life app uses a customizable navigation bar at the top of the home screen. Often, the T-Mobile Money icon is simply hidden because the app defaults to showing "Tuesdays" or "Status" perks instead.
The Solution: Scroll the top row of icons all the way to the right and tap the Pencil (Edit) icon. From there, you can drag "T-Money" into your active shortcuts.
2. Version Verification
The Money integration requires a specific minimum version of the app (typically Version 11.1 or higher).
The Solution: Check the app version in settings. If it's outdated, they will have you trigger a manual update via the App Store or Google Play. Reinstalling is often recommended because it clears the cache that might be "remembering" the old interface.
3. T-Mobile ID "Role" Audit
The app hides the Money section if the T-Mobile ID logged in isn't recognized as the Primary Account Holder (PAH) or an Authorized User.
The Solution: Verify your "Role" in their system. If you are listed as a "Standard User," you will need to upgrade your permissions or have the account holder do so through the "Manage" tab so the banking features unlock.
4. The "Email vs. Phone" Login Conflict
Some users have a T-Mobile ID linked to their phone number and a separate login for their T-Mobile Money account linked to an email.
The Solution: Try to "link" these identities. They often suggest logging out and logging back in using the email address associated with the bank account rather than the phone number to see if the "Money" tile populates.
